1. How can I submit my Homework Problem?
STEP 1: Register Registering with MYHWSolution is easy and
painless. If you are a first time MYHWSolution user you can click on the
"Register" or "Join Now" button on homepage or simply click on any one of the
links above, then when you will be carried to a user login page, click on the
"Register Now" link. If you have any trouble registering contact through
support page.
STEP 2: Login Remember your UserName and Password.
Access to your account with those information. Go to Login page type your
username and password to access your account. If you can't recall your
password, click on "Forgot password" link right below the login box it will
take you to contact us page. Send us a message with your UserName and we
will reset your password and send you an email with new password.
STEP 3: Hire Tutor Click Hire a tutor button from the top. Then choose
a package that suites you. Click Next button.
STEP 4: Payment Click the BUY NOW button and
you will be redirected to paypal website. Complete the payment process.
STEP 5: Submit Homework Problem Click
the Submit Homework button and fill in the information about your
homework.
2. I am having trouble registering, what Should I do?
A: 1) Make sure you have completed all of the required fields
on the registration form and are using a valid e-mail.
2) Make sure that your “cookies” are enabled. “Cookies” allow MYHWsolution
to keep track of your e-mail, password so that you do not have to sign-in every
time. In order to enable cookies on your browser, please follow the
instructions below. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or Higher Click on Tools
> Internet Options > Security > Custom Level Reset the custom settings
to “Medium” or change the “Allow cookies” to “enable” Netscape 7.1 or higher
Click on Edit > Preferences Choose the Advanced drop down and choose “Accept
all Cookies”
3. I want to cancel the subscription, is there any refund?
A: Yes, full refund is only available if we are unable to
find a tutor for you or we are unable to post your solution in proper
time.
4. How fast will you solve my problem?
A: We will take at most one week to solve medium size
problems and ten days to solve large problems. Please contact us by email:
myhwsolution@yahoo.com if you need to get your homework in a day
or two. We will make special arrangements to that it gets done in proper
time.
5. I paid for the subscription, still myhwsolution is showing
invalid subscription. Why?
A: Just Login again. You should valid
subscription.
6. What's the difference between paying by credit/debit card and Echeck?
A: This is the note we get from paypal when
a user pay with echeck. "This eCheck Payment will remain "Uncleared"
until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually
takes 4 business days. If you are shipping an item, please do not
ship your item until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account. You
will be notified by email when the funds have cleared into your PayPal
balance." So, to get instant activation, you will have to pay by
credit/debit card. Otherwise, you will have to wait for 4 days to get your
account activated.
7. How to change my password and user info?
A: First Login using your UserName and Password. Click
ont he Update User Info button on the top and change the necessary fields.
8. How to renew my subscription?
A: If your subscription is expired you should see a "buy now"
link when you log in. If it's not expired, then log out & click on "join
now" button. Then click on the 1st line where it says "If you have already an
account". Then log in with your old user name & password.Then the rest
should be easy to figure out.
9. Are all your sessions private?
A: Our sessions are private and we do not expose your identity
or your homework to anyone except our tutors.
10. How secure is your payment process?
A: We use paypal as our
payment gateway and it is the most secure way make payments online.
11. Do you have a discount program?

12. I have bought multiple subscriptions, how do I know how many problems I
have left?
A: You have to click the "Home" button on top. It will take
you to default.aspx page and you will see how many problems you have
left. Please look below.
